1. Introduction

As MAZ LLC.  own, operate and administrate ProCart Market place as a B2B platform for office supplies and consumables. MAZ is presenting hereby the ProCart Terms for use. These are the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the website and its related sub-domains, sites, services and Android/IOS mobile app (the "Site"). By accepting these terms and conditions (including the linked information herein), and by using the Site, you represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions of ProCart market place. ("we", "us”, “ProCart” or "") in relation to your use of the Site (the "User Agreement"). This User Agreement is effective upon acceptance. If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement please do not access, register with or use this Site.

Before you may become or continue as a member of the Site; you must read, agree with and accept this User Agreement and all further linked information referred to in ProCart Terms and conditions. As it contains the terms and conditions; that applies to you as a user of Such linked information including but not limited to the Terms and conditions is hereby incorporated by reference into this User Agreement.

2. ProCart return and refund policy

Thanks for shopping at protects the buyer’s rights and satisfaction, ensures that the buyer order must   be executed as requested. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return & refund can be applied only within 14 days of receiving the order; as per the following:

    2.1. In case you received your purchased goods not as stipulated in your order or damaged:

  • Please contact us immediately on our email address Listing down the order number & the details of any order mismatch or damages.
  • will review and investigate the received complain, the buyer will receive our reply email within 3 working days with the feedback including if you entitled for full return and the courier pick up arrangements.
  • Buyer will receive 100% of the order full value. Return and refund will be transferred to your bank account within 21 days as per your payment method and bank regulation.

    2.2. In case you received your purchased goods exactly as stipulated in your order, in good condition and without any damaged, however, the buyer want to return & refund at his own discretion (change in opinion):

  • Please contact us immediately on our email address  Listing down the order number & the details. Request the return and refund without reason.
  • will review and investigate the received complain, the buyer will receive our reply email within 3 working days with the feedback including the courier pick up arrangements.
  • Buyer will then be charged for a value of all of the courier transportation fees only.
  • Refund will be transferred to your bank account within 21 days as per your payment method and bank regulation.

3. ProCart rating system

Our Market Place ProCart is based on rating system between suppliers, buyers and couriers. When a buyer purchase a product from a specific supplier after the receiving of the product the buyer can give a review or rate the supplier and his product, based on that rate and many other criteria that you will find it in(the supplier requirements section), this supplier will be categorized under a specific category that will let him have some extra features in his account and let him be more active in the website and spread his products in many different cities, and appear a lot to many different buyers.

4. Supplier requirements

4.1. General conditions
     4.1.1. Supplier's commitment to have a strong internet network.
     4.1.2. He has at least one computer, laptop, or tablet device to help him run the application web or app. 
     4.1.3. Has a specialized employee to respond to purchase orders within a period not exceeding 24 hours.
     4.1.4. The supplier must give a scanned copy of the commercial register &tax card and value added tax (to confirm the existence of this entity, no more).
    4.1.5. Supplier must issue and send official taxable invoice for all sold goods on to the marketplace within 24 hours of submitting the order goods to the courier company. Failure or delay or not receiving the supplier invoice for any reason will be a valid and agreed reason for holding the supplier payment and transfer till the supplier fulfills the required action.

4.2. Eligibility for membership
    4.2.1. You must (supplier) comply with all applicable laws to regulate Internet commerce.
   4.2.2. No member or institution has the right to open two accounts simultaneously for any reason whatsoever, and the site administration has the right to freeze the two accounts or cancel one of  them, with a commitment to liquidate all financial transactions related to the account before closing it.

4.3. Registration obligations
    4.3.1. You are responsible (supplier) for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and confidential password and for determining the persons permitted to access and use your account on the site.
     4.3.2. In any case, ProCart marketplace is not responsible for any loss that may occur to you directly or indirectly, morally or physically as a result of revealing the username or password information.
    4.3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the use of the ProCart marketplace website with all seriousness and credibility, and you are obligated to indemnify ProCart for any direct or indirect losses that may be occurred for ProCart as a result of any illegal, unreal, fraud or un-authorized use of your account by you or by The party of any other person who obtained the keys to access your account on the site, whether to perform services and others, using the username and the login password, whether with or without written authorization from ProCart.
    4.3.4. You agree to disclose true, correct, updated and complete information about yourself, company and users as required in the registration form.
   4.3.5. ProCart has the absolute right, at any time, to conduct any investigations, freeze, delete, suspend, block any account, order, transaction whenever suspect of any Fraud, illegal or unauthorized action.

4.4. Electronic communication
     4.4.1. During your membership, ProCart will send promotional emails to inform you of any new changes, procedures or advertising activities that may be added to the site.
     4.4.2. As a user, you have the right to confirm that you do not want to receive promotional e-mails.
     4.4.3. All sales and purchases on the site continue to be carried out according to bilateral relationship between the seller and the buyer of a specific commodity, and ProCart is not responsible for any process that is not completed, and is not responsible for any claim resulting from any external, order, deal, contract between buyers and sellers.

4.5. When using, you are not allowed to:
    4.5.1. display any counterfeit goods of internationally or locally registered trademarks,
    4.5.2. display any stolen goods, from unknown source, or without an official selling license,
    4.5.3. disseminate any inappropriate information, content, or news against the recognized customs and traditions,
    4.5.4. publish any products expired or will get expired within 2 months,
    4.5.5. dispatch any goods without proper packaging, labeling,
    4.5.6. dispatch any chemical product without submitting, displaying the product material safety data sheet (MSDS).

4.6. ProCart rating system:
    4.6.1. All registered suppliers on are subject to ProCart rating system.
    4.6.2. ProCart rating system allows all users (buyers-suppliers-couriers) to review and rate their bilateral parties through operations, trade, executed orders and sold goods.
    4.6.3. will evaluate, review and register the comments and reviews to the user account and implement further arrangements either positive or negative.
    4.6.4. at its own discretion can upgrade or downgrade the suppliers and courier category as a result of its rating system. Suppliers and Couriers will be notified by email before applying any changes to their category ranking.
    4.6.5. In the Case of the negative reviews or down grading for the supplier and courier, you will receive a 2 weeks’ notice for corrective actions to be taken for avoiding the negative downgrade.
    4.6.6. In case, the negative comments and review had been repeated, has the right at its own discretion to downgrade, suspend, delete, freeze the supplier and courier account.
    4.6.7. ProCart rating system requires data and information about; Annual sales volume for 2 previous years, Work force size, Supplier inventory, Courier’s fleet, coverage zones, number of offices and warehouses, their locations, etc.…
    4.6.8. Supplier and courier have to submit actual, true, proven data for the registration process. Information must be submitted to ProCart sales representative either when visit the supplier premises or will entered by the supplier on the marketplace's website during registration process.

4.8. Copyrights,publicity and advertising

    4.8.1. The supplier is not entitled to publish any advertising content that includes images or videos from the without obtaining the platform's written approval.
    4.8.2. In the event of any violation by the supplier, ProCart has the right to freeze or terminate the contract with the supplier and cancel his accounts within the platform. 
    4.8.3. Incase Supplier violation for publishing any ProCart content, has the right to evaluate any loss, future loss, loss in reputation. Supplier shall reimburse for any liquidated damages.
    4.8.4. ProCart has the right to publish advertisement and advertisement materials, products, information for the supplier outside the platform for the purpose of marketing and promotions.

5. Buyer responsibilities

    5.1. When you register in our marketplace you must be at least 18 years of age not under 18 years of age.

    5.2. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information provided in the   registration form and update your account and other information including your email, address and credit card numbers so that we complete your transactions and achieve a better delivery, and if you provide any information that is inaccurate, not current or incomplete, ProCart has the right to withdraw your access to the website and cancel or delete your account.

    5.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of, and restricting access to and use of, your account and password, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.

    5.4. Your account shall be used exclusively by you and you shall not transfer your account to any third party. You may not use also another person’s account at any time without the express permission of the account holder, and you must notify us in writing immediately (using our contact details) if you become aware of any disclosure of your password and you must change it.

    5.5. While using the website you must use it according to its main idea (request quotations and purchasing and rating between buyers and suppliers) only not in anything else against our terms and conditions (Legal requirement’s section).

    5.6. Buyer must have legal authority from his company to make quotations and buy from ProCart to his company.

    5.7. All purchases in your account on the website are a commitment by you to complete the purchase of the item on which you have purchased. If your purchase is accepted by the supplier you are obligated to complete the transaction with the seller.

    5.8. When a buyer received his order and want to return it back although the order is good, do not have any damage and typically like the descriptions and images on website, the buyer must pay 25% of the total order price. But if the order has any issue please return to our (ProCart return and refund policy section).

    5.9. When buyer make a quotation, if the supplier didn’t reply to it within 48 hours this quotation will be cancelled, and in the other hand if the buyer didn’t reply to a quotation sent by the supplier within 48 hours it will be cancelled too.

    5.10. You may cancel your account on our marketplace by contacting us.

    5.11.  You must not post any inappropriate information (in reviews or any field that enable you to write text), information which may constitute critical political content, content that is contrary to the public interest or religiously offensive, information which may threaten national security, spam or viruses and many other things which you will find it in our (Legal requirements section).

6. Legal requirements

While using website and mobile app, you are not allowed to:
    6.1. post Information or content or list items in an inappropriate category or areas on our Site,
    6.2. post items you do not have a right to link to or include,
    6.3. post product, data, Information that is (in our sole discretion) false, fraudulent, inaccurate, misleading, libelous, defamatory, slanderous or unlawfully or would be reasonably considered to                constitute harassment, post comments, questions or answers that are not factual in nature including without limitation, make any racist comments, use profanity, abuse another user, disrespect            another's culture or make any other derogatory or inappropriate comments,
    6.4. post counterfeit or stolen items,
    6.5. post Information or items which infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, other proprietary rights or right to privacy,
    6.6. post Information or content which may (in our sole discretion) constitute offensive or critical political content or content that is contrary to the public interest,
    6.7. post any Information or content or list items which may (in our sole discretion) be considered culturally or religiously offensive in any way,
    6.8. post any Information or content or list items which (in our sole discretion) may not be considered in compliance with Egyptian law, rules, morals, values, ethics and traditions,
    6.9. post Information or content or list items which may (in our sole discretion) threaten national security,
    6.10. post Information or content or list items which may (in our sole discretion) constitute or be considered to promote gambling,
    6.11. use "keyword spamming" in listing items for sale (when you place brand names or other inappropriate keywords in a title or description for the purpose of gaining attention or diverting members to a listing),
    6.12. fail to deliver (as a supplier) items purchased from you for any reason either valid or not valid without a written approval from,
    6.13. use contacts made by buying or selling on the Site to solicit (including by email or otherwise) sales on other items directly and/or from another website,
    6.14. take any action that may undermine the Site's feedback and ratings systems (including but not limited to the display, import or export of feedback information off the Site or use of such         information for purposes unrelated to ProCart),
    6.15. distribute or post spam, unsolicited or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes,
    6.16. distribute viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, Easter eggs or other computer programming technologies that may harm the Site, or the interests or property of the Site's users,
    6.17. create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers,
    6.18. take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure,
    6.19. interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site,
    6.20. attempt to take over another user's account or carry out any hacking or phishing of the Site or user accounts and related features,
    6.21. export or re-export any Site tools except in compliance with the export control Egyptian laws of any relevant jurisdictions,
    6.22. copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Site or otherwise infringe the Site's copyright material and/or trademarks in any way,
    6.23. violate any laws, rules, regulations, guidelines, third party rights or our policies under the umbrella of the Egyptian law,
    6.24. abuse ProCart’ s Shipping Policy, Listing Policy, or any of ProCart 's other policies or terms and conditions posted on the Site from time to time,
    6.25. directly or indirectly, offer, attempt to offer, trade in, attempt to trade in, or include descriptions or links. to any of the following items:
  • securities, including shares, bonds, debentures, or another financial instruments or assets of any description,
  • weapons of any description,
  • tobacco products, drugs, psychotropic substances, narcotics, intoxicants of any description, medicines, palliative/curative substances,
  • religious items, including books, artifacts, etc. of any description or any other such item which is likely to affect the religious sentiments of any person,
  • antiquities and art treasures as defined in applicable laws pertaining to antiquities and national treasures,
  • used or renewed products,
  • items that to your knowledge are defective, fake, damaged, false or misleading or that may through normal use harm another Site user's interest or health,
  • fresh food or expired products,
  • non-transferable vouchers; and chemical products without MSDS.

7. User E-Payment Security

  1. User (Buyer, Supplier and Courier) accepts to maintain and comply with all financial security laws, rules, requirements, procedures and any other instructions applied on as issued by the Egyptian Government or the Central Bank of Egypt or the Financial Regulatory Authority. So, user should review and adhere to all the security guidelines published on under Terms and conditions. Also, User agrees to set up, maintain and regularly review any further required necessary security precautions to keep the PC/mobile good usage and to take the required necessary security precautions to keep his/his company’s private information secrete. The user is responsible for ensuring of his/his company’s security level of his/ own computing and communications equipment and the message transmission safety to

User must never whatever the reason, to disclose his/his company’s username, password, or any other authentication methods or information related to electronic services to any person including ProCart employees for any reason. In case this information is disclosed to any third party, this is considered as an authorization from the client to this party to use his/his company’s accounts, Including his/his company’s bearing to all the consequences, risks, responsibilities and the arising operations without any responsibility on the .  The client doesn't have the right to claim for any losses arising due to these transactions unless there is an evidence of negligence or intended action from the concerning those transactions.
  3. The Users bears the responsibility of complying with the security precautions concerning the authentication method through keeping the codes security at all the times as set by Procart or its affiliates as the owner of the specified privileges matching with the received rules.
  4. responsibility is limited to the processing of the trade/payment instructions issued from user and being accepted by ProCart. ProCart cannot be held responsible for the in-genuineness or inaccuracy of the data provided by the client/user. shall not be held responsible for indemnifying the User for any consequences arising due to in-genuineness or inaccuracy of the data. The User does not have the right to cancel or modify any transaction after its due date.
  5. Electronic payment Services are available 7 days a week and in case of a planned maintenance or service disruption, User will be informed through an email notification. ProCart shall exert a reasonable effort to provide the service. However, shall not be liable for any failure to provide all or part of ProCart’s Online E-payment Services for any reason beyond its control including in particular any suspension for maintenance or upgrades to the ProCart's systems or those at any party ProCart uses to provide the Service.
